Pets are welcome. All that is required is the vaccination booklet. They live in the apartment with you, as there are no pet hosting facilities, and we kindly ask that they be accompanied by you at all times, in order to keep the premises of the complex clean.

The beach is about 40 meters away from the building. Just after the lawn, there is an umbrella and two sunbeds for each apartment. The beach is sandy and extends about 300 meters along the bay. The sea is characterized by natural diversity, as it has not been altrered in any way.

Monopetro is located 29 km from Nea Moudania, 31 km from Polygyros, where the nearest hospital is located and 90 km from Thessaloniki.

Monopetro is 3 kms away from the village of Metamorfossis, where one can find mini-markets, grocery stores, breakfast, fast food, restaurants, a pharmacy, foreign press etc.
For a wider variety of options, Nikiti is 10 kms away, where, every Friday, there is also an open-air market by local producers.
Throughout the summer there are festivals and fairs with cultural or religious content.
In the wider area of Metamorfosi there are also three visitable Monasteries of great spiritual and cultural interest.
